Saudi King: We hope Riyadh agreement will lead to broader peace talks in Yemen

Saudi Arabia's King Salman bin Abdulaziz says the kingdom hopes the Riyadh agreement will lead to broader peace talks in Yemen.
This came during a speech by the Saudi Shura Council on Wednesday, on the occasion of the opening of the fourth year of the seventh session of the Council, the Official Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reports.
King Salman said he hopes the Riyadh agreement would open the door to "broader understandings to reach a political solution to the crisis in accordance with the three terms of reference."
The Riyadh agreement between the legitimate government and the Southern Transitional Council was signed on November 5thin the Saudi capital of Riyadh, with the aim of ending the conflict between the Yemeni government and the UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council.
